3. Training & Certification

Franchisees and staff members must attend and complete the mandatory training programs provided by Abacus n Abacus. Certification will be issued upon successful completion.

4. Quality Assurance

Franchisees are expected to maintain the quality and standards of teaching as prescribed by Abacus n Abacus. Regular audits and reviews may be conducted to ensure compliance.

5. Marketing and Branding

Franchisees may use marketing materials provided or approved by Abacus n Abacus. Unauthorized use or alteration of brand assets is strictly prohibited.

6. Confidentiality

Franchisees must keep all confidential information, including training content, business models, and strategies, private and not disclose it to third parties.

7. Fees and Payments

All fees, including franchise fees, renewal fees, and royalty payments, must be paid on time as per the agreed-upon structure. Late or missed payments may result in penalties or termination of the franchise agreement.

8. Termination

Failure to comply with these terms, misuse of brand assets, or unethical practices may result in immediate termination of the franchise agreement without refund.

9. Amendments

Abacus n Abacus reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Franchisees will be notified of any changes via official communication channels.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in [Varanasi/Uttar Pradesh].
